For the proper provision of our laboratory services, we may collect the following categories of data:

Full name, age, sex, date of birth, signature, official identification, CURP, RFC, of the patient and their parents or guardians when applicable.

b) Contact information
Address, email, phone number, and emergency contact.

c) Billing information
RFC, tax address, and data necessary for issuing receipts.

d)Health data (sensitive personal data article 3 section VI)
Clinical information related to the requested studies, analysis results, relevant history, diagnoses associated with the studies, medical indications when applicable.

e) Technical data (for digital systems, when applicable)
Platform user, access registration to result portals and security metadata.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

Primary purposes (necessary)

1. To conduct requested studies and clinical analyses.
2. To register, integrate, and update the file and history of laboratory studies.
3. Interpretation, validation, and issuance of results.
4. Delivery of results in physical or digital format securely.
5. Appointment management, follow-up, and clarifications.
6. Billing.
7. Compliance with legal, health, and authority requirements.

Secondary purposes (optional)

1. Sending reminders for studies and preventive follow-ups.

In terms of Article 9 of the LFPDPPP:
